BiotechBikers Event Terms & Conditions

When signing up to a BiotechBikers group ride or event all participants agree to the following:

Ride Safety: My levels of fitness and experience are appropriate to participate in the event. I understand that if a ride leader assesses that this is not the case, I may be asked to leave the event; I will carry sufficient drinks and nutrition; Wearing of a suitable helmet is mandatory whilst riding in the event; My bike is in safe operating condition and I will carry puncture repair equipment and a basic toolset during the event; Wearing of headphones or using a mobile phone whilst riding in the event is not permitted.
Liability waiver: I understand and agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and physical challenge, and that I must ride in a manner which is safe to myself and others. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to BiotechBikers or individual representatives thereof, event sponsors or any event official in respect of any injury, illness, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event however caused.
